Giving
Everything that we love and value about the Three Crowns Park community began with someone’s idea, innovation, and investment, whether it’s residents making a life commitment to our community and adding their voices to programs and traditions, staff members and volunteers giving their talent and energy, family members bringing their love and care, or donors giving to make life at Three Crowns Park better for everyone.
Philanthropic support is an essential part of how we deliver on our mission at the highest level—allowing us to make those extra investments that drive many aspects of our resident experience from good to great and from great to exceptional.
Why Give
Generosity has always been a hallmark at Three Crowns Park and committed donors have enriched the lives of residents by creating joy and peace of mind in our community.
Benevolent Care Fund
There are times at Three Crowns Park when residents outlive their financial resources, despite careful planning and saving for retirement. Motivated by the care we have for one another, Three Crown Park, A Covenant Living Community, can provide financial assistance in those circumstances through the Benevolent Care Fund.
The Benevolent Care Fund is supported by generous contributions from our community partners and people like you. We invite you to help create joy and peace of mind in our community by making a gift to the Benevolent Care Fund.

As you plan for 2026, your IRA can provide two tax-smart ways to support the organizations you care about:
• Make a QCD
A Qualified Charitable Distribution can satisfy your Required Minimum Distribution and isn’t included in taxable income.
• Leave a legacy
Naming a charity as a beneficiary of part of your IRA is a simple way to create long-term impact.
Both options can help you receive tax benefits today while planning for the future.

Are the ongoing costs of homeownership holding you back from a truly worry-free retirement? 🤔
Many people are surprised to realize how affordable and valuable Covenant Living can be once they compare the expenses. We offer a variety of financial options with different fees, health care provisions, and even estate benefits.
Ready to see how the costs stack up? Consider the expenses of staying in your current home that disappear when you move to a senior living community:
✅ Home Ownership: Mortgage or rent, soaring property taxes, home insurance.
✅ Upkeep & Hidden Costs: Utilities, landscaping, unexpected repairs, and maintenance.
✅ Lifestyle: Groceries, security systems, gym memberships, and specialized caregiver services.
The most valuable return is your peace of mind. You'll know your assets and income are protected, even if future health care needs arise.
